Parent Portal

We are excited to tell you about a change in the way that we communicate with our parents and carers at Holbeach.

Following feedback received from parents, we have looked at the different systems that we are using for our communication and ways to streamline the process and therefore make it easier for you as parents and carers.  

From February 2026 we are rolling out the parent portal and accompanying app. Sections of the portal will gradually open up until we have all sections up and running. The list below are things that you can currently access on the Portal:

  • Viewing attendance
  • Reporting a student absence
  • Managing consents and medical information along with amending any changes to contact details.

The Arbor Parent Portal is becoming increasingly important for our procedures around attendance, communication, assessment, school visits, clubs, calendar and parents evening. We will keep you informed about when these additional features will become available.

How do I get started with the Arbor App?

Downloading the Arbor App

Android: Go to your Play store and search for ‘Arbor’. Click the top option. Click Install to download the Arbor App. Once it has installed, click Open.

IOS: Go to your App Store and search ‘Arbor’. Click the top option. Click Get to download the Arbor App.
